- A broken link, page, or something that looks off.
- A correction to something in a guide or in the museum.
- A tool or wax type you wish existed here and doesn’t.
What we can’t do
We can’t give one-off advice on your specific candle project, review your recipe, or diagnose a batch problem by email — the calculators and guides on the site are the advice we have to give. We also can’t promise a reply by any particular time; this is a small, ad-supported site, not a support desk.
Before you write
A lot of “why did my candle do this” questions are already covered in the blog and learnsection — tunneling, sinking, and weak scent throw are common enough that they’re written up there.
